Two level 2 charging stations are available at the Discovery and Visitors Centre parking lot and two level 2 charging stations are available at the La Carapace Visitors Centre parking lot. Details
The park is open year-round. When planning your activities, find out when the services are available for each sector.
During winter, the park remains accessible by foot or snowshoe. From mid-October to the end of April, the registration buildings and washrooms are closed and the trails are not groomed. Only the Discovery and Visitors Centre parking lot is open. You must purchase your daily access online. During this period, we can be reached by email at parc.plaisance@sepaq.com.

When the reception desks are closed, customers must pay their entry fee (cash only) using the self-payment terminal or by purchasing their daily access online.
The community centre and the campground washroom facilities are accessible to the mobility-impaired.
Near the swimming pool and the playground is the community centre. It has a coin laundry for visitors.

A kilometre from the Discovery and Visitors Centre, the village of Plaisance has several stores and service outlets: museum, restaurants, gas services, etc.
A bit further east, Papineauville and Montebello offer several categories of accommodation: bed and breakfasts, motels, prestige hotels, etc. Several restaurants, grocery stores and attractions are also available.
The greater Hull-Aylmer-Gatineau urban area and the national capital region offer a full range of specialized services as well as numerous cultural institutions.
No public transit directly serves the park. Travellers can, however, take the bus that runs from Montréal to Ottawa and Hull and get off at the Plaisance stop, about 7 km from the park entrance.

Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed everywhere. Other pets are still prohibited in national parks.
