Deposit and payment

The customer must pay the total cost of the day of fishing upon reservation by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Modification and cancellation

The person who made the reservation must request the modification or cancellation.

For any modification or cancellation of a reservation, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Centre at 1-800-665-6527. An agent will be pleased to follow up on your request, according to the applicable terms and conditions.

Note that the terms and conditions are always applied to the original booking, even if it has been modified for another date.

	Modification	Cancellation
Up to 5 days before the beginning of the activity	Modifications are accepted at all times. Modification fees will be charged for all downward modifications: $7 per reservation (plus taxes).	Cancellations are accepted at all times. Full refund minus a cancellation fee: $7 per reservation (plus taxes).
4 days or less before the beginning of the activity	Only one modification of the reservation is allowed. Fees will be charged for all equal reservation: $14 per reservation (plus taxes). No refunds for all downward modifications.	No refunds under any circumstances.

Note: in the case of a modification, a body of water may be replaced by another body of water that must appear on a day fishing plan.

Reservation holder

The reservation holder must be present and may not transfer the reservation to anybody. Only guests may be replaced. The leader of a group cannot have more than one (1) reservation during the same fishing day.

Occupation and rates

During a stay, the people making up a group may not be replaced.

Sépaq boat	Rates are per person for a boat and respect the maximum occupation capacity of 4 people, including 3 adults.	Children are not allowed in addition to the total occupation capacity.
Personal boat
Wade fishing	Rates are per person and respect the maximum of 4 rights of access per reservation.	Not applicable.
