Hiking
200 hiking trails to discover in Québec's most beautiful world of nature, from family walks to an exploration of mountain peaks. Our suggestions for a day's hiking:

Biking
700 km of outdoor cycling trails, far from the noise and cars. You can take on a mountain challenge or opt for more family-friendly trails.
Plaisance, Îles-de-Boucherville and Mont-Tremblant national parks are the perfect destinations for an extended family outing. Prefer to climb mountains – and especially to come back down the slopes? Then head for Parc national du Mont-Orford.

When the sun is shining, what better way to feel like you're on vacation than by strolling along lakes and rivers? Here are some of our favourite experiences:

- Kayaking: Mont-Orford and Yamaska national parks.
