It's time to enjoy the renowned brunch at Manoir Montmorency. Different packages are available for maple syrup season, as well as for Easter and Mother's Day. Service offered as of 9:30 a.m.

Maple syrup season feast (Sunday, March 23, 2025)

Come and enjoy a generous lunch buffet of traditional maple syrup season dishes. Enjoy taffy on snow and let yourself be carried away by the musical entertainment that will immerse you in the atmosphere of a traditional Québec sugar shack.

Manoir Montmorency is also a place for family, friends, and colleagues to get together. The exceptional indoor and outdoor setting of this historic site is very impressive indeed. The Manoir’s vast and charming rooms with their lavish woodwork and the varied menu are perfectly adapted to any occasion. We’re used to receiving every sort of gathering, from small groups to banquets for 500 guests.
