Say goodbye to meal planning

For a quick bite on the beach or a sunset dinner on the terrace, all your meals are simplified with our on-site food services.

No time to get bored!

Guided or self-guided activities, in the forest or on the beach, relaxing or sporty – let your mood show you which way to play.

All in the water

Nautical activities

Enjoy your favourite water sports on Lac Saint-Joseph: canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, rabaskas, and paddleboards are available free of charge (2-hour blocks) for cabin and resort guests. Take advantage of organized activities such as introductory paddleboarding, treasure hunts, and kayak polo.

Sunset kayak outing

Experience the sunset in a different way by coming to admire it directly from Lac Saint-Joseph during this one-of-a-kind adventure.

Swimming

A vacation isn't a vacation without a dip in the lake! Swimming is supervised during busy periods (subject to change depending on the weather).

Indoor pool

The Auberge has a swimming pool on the garden level. Nearby, you'll also find a training room and a sauna.

Sporting adventures

Biking

The 68-km Jacques-Cartier-Portneuf bike path passes through Duchesnay and takes you all the way to Québec City via the Corridor des Cheminots. Bikes and equipment are loaned free of charge for the whole family during stays in our accommodations. Quantities limited. First come, first served. Electric bikes are available at a charge.

Hiking

The site's forest offers 25.7 km of hiking trails in gentle terrain, ideal for family walks. Stop and check out the rock shelters on Le Rocher trail, a geological phenomenon that fascinates all hikers. A 1 km illuminated trail is also available for short evening strolls.

Arbraska Duchesnay

Arbraska Duchesnay is a unique aerial pathway in the forest that takes you from tree to tree. Five consecutive circuits, each with an increasing level of difficulty, offer a vast array of challenges, including monkey bridges, nets, footbridges, beams, and ziplines, even a line that’s over 300 metres long! A special circuit for children aged 7 to 11 lets them try out made-to-measure hebertism.
